Oktoberfest Austin 2009 helped the Capital Area Food Bank
raise more 2400 pounds of food and $3700 in cash donations!
Thanks to everyone who pitched in to help feed the hungry.

Scheduled Saturday, October 24, 2009 at Waterloo Park,
the first-ever Oktoberfest Austin brings together
some of the city's best bands, a microbrew beer garden,
tasty foods (including delicious options from Best Wurst),
a football watch party, special child-friendly attractions
and a unique arts & craft market with lots of exciting vendors.

Musical performances by Austin favorites:
Dustin Welch (1:00), Guy Forsyth (3:00 pm),
Nakia & his Southern Cousins (4:00 pm), Brave Combo (5:30 pm),
La Tampiquena (7:30 pm), and The Georgian Company (9:00 pm).

Beers served at the event include Zigenbock, Fat Tire,
Shock Top, Live Oak (Big Bark) and Firemans 4.

FREE admission with donation of two cans of food.
If you are unable to bring food, entry fee is just $2.00.
